July 17, 2020 Policy Update: Going Cashless and Special Accommodations on Accounts

Parents/guardians may initiate a lunch account by sending a check made payable to the Cedarburg School District with your child at registration (grades 6-12) or handed in to the office the first day of school (grades K-5). No checks will be accepted in the lunch line. Payment may also be made by mailing a check to:

Please include your children’s first and last names on the check. The account may be established in any amount, but prepayment of at least one week per child is recommended. Parents are encouraged to send one check for all children in the District. When account balances go below $12.00 an automated message will be sent. Account balances and account information may also be found in Skyward Family Access. You may call the food service department at (262) 376-6240 at any time to inquire about your account.
Checks to replenish the lunch account may be sent directly with your child and delivered to the school office or mailed to the Cedarburg School District, Attn: Food Service. Payments may also be made by credit card via the internet at https://cedarburg.revtrak.net; credit card payments can be made in any amount. Detailed instructions on how to make a payment online can be found on the Skyward Family Access information page.
The collection of lunch funds and denial of access due to non-payment, if necessary, shall be in accordance with District policy EF-A and related procedures.
